Return Policy
At this time, Obi|Revisited only accepts exchanges/returns under Extraordinary Circumstances.
Extraordinary Circumstances include:
Item arrives broken and is completely irreparable
Item is misrepresented somehow
Item is thoroughly and completely lost in the mail
Extraordinary Circumstances *DO NOT* include:
You have changed your mind after receipt of item
Item does not fit***
*** you are responsible for knowing what your measurements are, and therefore, Obi|Revisited is not responsible if something you’ve bought does not fit. I will, however, be happy to make something longer or shorter for you -before- I mail it. just let me know how long it should be.
Repair Policy
Repairs are available to all Obi.Revisited customers for the life of the product. “Customer” includes the initial purchaser of the bag and any gift recipients. All products will come with a small card containing a short overview of the repair policy. All communication regarding repairs will be conducted via email, unless otherwise noted.
Customers must send an email subjected “item repair” to Obi.Revisited@gmail.com before a repair can be initiated.
Repairs due to a fault in manufacture will be free.
Repairs not due to a fault in manufacture (wear and tear) will be billed after an assessment of condition and needed repairs has been made.
The customer will be notified prior to any billing, to discuss needed repairs and associated charges. In the event that the product is irreparable, a notification will be sent, along with a list of available options for replacement.
Payments
Obi|Revisited accepts PayPal only at this time.
Payment is expected within 3 business days. If this is going to be a problem, please contact me. I’d be happy to reserve an item for you until you are able to purchase it.
In the event that your payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, I’ll be contacting you via email. If I get no response, I’ll assume that you have changed your mind. At that point, i’ll be cancelling the sale, and will relist the item.
If paypal isn’t an option for you, and you have an alternative payment method in mind, please contact me and ask BEFORE you purchase.
Shipping
Obi|Revisited ships via United States Postal Service :: Priority Mail, which comes with insurance.
International Customers:
Your purchase will go USPS Priority International and will be insured.
Obi|Revisited ships within 2 business days of receiving payment.
Miscellaneous
NOTE: I own a Shiba Inu (a breed of dog), and while she isn’t allowed into the supplies, her fur is rather harder to control. So, if you’ve severe allergies, please take that into account before purchasing. I don’t want you to have any itchy problems with your new doodads. -*^,^*-

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 or have parents’ permission to buy. All personal information you provide will be handled by obi.revisited, responsibly and with integrity. Events outside obi.revisited’s control shall be considered force majeure*.
The price is set the day you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption via PayPal, It is not stored in any way by Obi.Revisited.
Please note that local charges may occur. Obi.Revisited reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
*Force Majeure Events outside obirevisited’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that obirevisited is released from obirevisited’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
